Kimono #17 is a ceramic tile featuring a digitised flower pounded botanical artwork arranged in a repeating pattern. The design shows layered impressions in violet purple, orchid pink, ink blue and muted yellow, with textured details created during the hammering process. Dark botanical shapes sit against soft blended colour fields, giving the pattern a structured yet organic feel. The high resolution print preserves the natural pigment variation and mirrored layout across the tile.

The smooth ceramic surface makes it suitable for display, gifting or use as a decorative accent in the home. Durable and easy to clean, it offers a lasting way to showcase hand‑made botanical artwork.

Design Note

Reminiscent of the vintage kimono designs, Kimono is a selection of re-edited fragments from a bright floral cloth. In this tile the shape and form of the petals suggest the stylized clouds and mountains that characterise traditional Japanese style.

You will receive a tile with an unattached stamped cork sticker. This gives you the option to use the tile as you wish. Versatile Tiles can be used as a normal tile: fix it to walls or create a unique surface on any piece of furniture. The choice is yours!
