This collage mug combines two images. One, a geranium, the other a group of wild flowers sourced from roadsides and meadow edges. You can see sheep’s sorrel, geraniums, vetch and maybe even a cow parsley leaf all captured here in miniature. The colours move from umber into ebony, through sepia ochres and cool greys, proving that iron and tannin have a large inky colour palette all of their own.
