Versatile Tiles – Printing Pansies: Rya Jewel #1

Bold Colours and simple shapes make this design work. Vintage in spirit, robust and honest if form, it references early-mid 20^th century design. It could be a bark cloth from the thirties or have emerged from the Wiener Workstatte a little earlier.  It is of course neither and is constructed from printed petals. Use it as a coaster for your mug or be brave and make a collage of Flowerghost tiles on another surface, the top of a cupboard, behind a bathroom sink….

You will receive a tile with a stamped cork back unattached. This gives you the option to use the tile as you wish. Versatile Tiles can be used as a normal tile: fix it to walls or create a unique surface on any piece of furniture. The choice is yours!
